The existing factory roof had ongoing leak issues, causing major disruptions to the client’s operations. Alfred, the site manager, was looking for a long-term solution that could be delivered quickly, safely, and with minimal fuss.

We were also faced with a roof that had been patched up multiple times over the years.

It was clear several builders had attempted quick fixes to squeeze more life out of it.

Unfortunately, it had reached the end of its lifespan. We had the added challenge of not just

removing the entire roof and box gutter system, but also stripping back multiple layers of old

flashings and failed repair work that had been installed as desperate attempts to stop the

leaks.

Access to the site posed another major obstacle. Thanks to generous neighbours, who allowed us to use their rear yard, we were able to access the building safely and deliver the project efficiently.
